In the run up to International Men's Day, Walk It Off in Springwood is inviting men to join its weekly meet-up. Walk It Off is a free men's group that meets every Thursday at The Bunker Cafe Bar Restaurant in Springwood in the Blue Mountains. The group provides free coffee from 5.30pm and a walk and talk for 6pm. In line with this year's IMD theme of "Celebrating Mateship", Walk It Off gives men of all ages and backgrounds the opportunity to connect with mates and create awareness around men's mental health. #MakeTime4Mates #InternationalMensDay2022
