Bringing Men Together to Support Your Physical, Mental & Emotional Health
Many men find it easy to come together and have the banter over pints, but how many men feel comfortable to talk about their mental or emotional wellbeing?
Mental health, suicide, stress, anxiety & depression have sadly become more & more prevalent in todays society, and that is why I have made it my mission to help support individuals and bring a new way of opening up, connecting and sharing what we may be moving through personally so we can help create a healthier, happier community.
I am extremely passionate about making this accessible to men in our communities, as so many of us struggle to open up & share, and are walking around with the weight of the world on their shoulders.
My intention of The Sunday Sessions are to utilise exercise as the catalyst to bring men together, then together with breathwork and conversation, we can learn how to connect & support eachother on a deeper level.
This 2.5 hour event consists of;
👉 Mobility, Movement & Strength Training Session
👉 Introduction to Breathwork For Stress Management & Wellbeing
👉 Conversations Around Our Mental & Emotional Wellbeing
(There is also an added option to come join us for a dip in Emylough after 11am once the session is officially ended).
About Your Host Fin McKenna-Fox
My name is Fin and I have recently returned home to Monaghan with my family after living in Australia for the past 12 years. I come form a Sports Physio background and over the last decade I have immersed myself in everything Holistic Health & Wellbeing. I went through my own struggles with my mental health after becoming a father, and through seeking help & support, I have made it my mission to support other men on their own individual journey.
I combine exercise, nutrition, breathwork, cold immersion, stress management, and men's work to educate and support men to take back control in their lives and support their Physical, Mental & Emotional Wellbeing.
