Saturday November 19th is International Men's Day, and this year's theme is right down our alley, Celebrating Mateship, and #maketime4mates.
So our groups will be walking all week in celebration of International Men's Day, and we encourage anyone who has ever walked with us, to make the effort to see your mates again and come on a walk, or to start a walk.
The Shell Cove Marina has been chosen as one of the banner walks for the day!!
The Man Walk provides an opportunity for men to get together to walk, talk and support each other in a regular and healthy way.
The Man Walk provides an environment that is positive, supportive and inclusive, where there is no pressure and no barriers to entry. Just an opportunity to walk, talk and support! We want to make it ok to talk, and we want to make it ok for men to ask for help if they need it.
