Overview: As workplaces evolve, supporting staff with families has never been more important.The Fathering Project is uniquely placed to empower teams to balance work and family life by fostering a culture of well-being and support for employees with children.This engaging and practical webinar will give participants valuable insights on balancing family responsibilities while excelling at work.

Rodney (Rocket) Eade is a former AFL player and coach, now a passionate advocate for fathers and children. He played 259 games at Hawthorn – where he was part of four premiership teams – and the Brisbane Bears, before coaching the Sydney Swans, Western Bulldogs and Gold Coast Football Club. Rodney also served as Coaching Director at Collingwood FC (2012–2014) and Scotch College (2020–present). Since joining The Fathering Project in 2019, Rodney has supported schools to engage dads through local Dads Groups to ensure every dad feels supported in their role.
Terry McAleenan, Partnerships - Victoria and South Australia Terry is a father of two who founded a Dads Group at his children's school in 2012, with a vision to provide greater opportunity for all fathers or father-figures to engage with their children. Since 2019 he
has worked at The Fathering Project to support schools in engaging fathers to build stronger family
partnerships, for the benefit of the children.
