We have Warren Beloved the current Rail General Manager at BHPs Port Operations, and Samuel Sycamore the Founder and Managing Director of Category 5 joining us to speak about "Celebrating Mateship" in the workplace.
Warren is the current Rail General Manager in BHP’s Western Australian Iron Ore Asset and is responsible for all aspects of rail operations and maintenance in the Pilbara region. Warren holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, post graduate qualification in Asset Management and an MBA from UCLA and the National University of Singapore. He began his career in South Africa and has worked for BHP for over 17 years with experience across multiple commodities, geographies and operational disciplines.
Warren is passionate about people and sees his role primarily as an enabler for broader workforce engagement, development and productivity.
Warren has lived in Port Hedland with his wife and two children for over ten years and enjoys the strong sense of community spirit.”
Born in Port Hedland, Sam is the Founder and Managing Director of Cat5 Rail. Having grown up in the Pilbara he has a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing companies and employees in regional communities.
Sam applies 15+yrs worth of recruitment experience as a senior manager overseeing national operations and growing Cat5 Rail throughout Australia & New Zealand.
