Dads in Distress online support groups will be marking International Men's Day (IMD) throughout the week from Monday 12th November to Sunday 20th November. This online event will take place from 7.20pm-9.30pm on November 14. 

Dads in Distress online groups provide help and support for separated dads who are doing it tough. The groups are run by dads, for dads and and are free to attend. No need to book, just turn up.

In line with this year's IMD theme of "Celebrating Mateship", Dads in Distress groups provide separated dads to connect with other dads who are dealing with similar challenges.

In addition to its online groups, Dads in Distress also runs in-person groups at various locations throughout the week.
