Dads in Distress support groups across Australia will be marking International Men's Day (IMD) throughout the week from Monday 12th November to Sunday 20th November. 

Dads in Distress groups provide help and support for separated dads who are doing it tough. The groups are run by dads, for dads and and are free to attend. No need to book, just turn up, say Hi and get some male-friendly and non-judgemental support. Please come a few minutes early to start on time. 

In line with this year's IMD theme of "Celebrating Mateship", Dads in Distress groups provide separated dads to connect with other dads who are dealing with similar challenges.

For those who can't attend an in-person group, Dads in Distress also runs free online groups throughout the week.
