Mongrels Men Bondi Beach Meet Up

In the run up to International Men's Day, Mongrels Men is inviting men of all backgrounds to take part in one of the many free events it is running throughout November.

These include its Saturday morning Bondi Beach meet ups which give men the opportunity to connect for a walk, run or swim. The Mongrels Men approach is simple, just “meet at sunrise for as much or little exertion as you’re up to” then meet for a social coffee and a chat.

Mongrels Men is a grass-roots community-based charity on a mission to improve the physical and mental health of men through sports, fitness, exercise, connection and community across Australia.
